The tape is written with the Revision 19.2 MAGSAV,
since the directories are protected by ACL's.
Therefore it must be read with a version of MAGRST
that understands ACL's, even it is being restored
onto non-ACL directories.
The  contents of the tape
are described in detail in the
[ul The User's Guide for the Georgia Tech C Compiler]
included with the release tape.
